But with that kind of power density, you need to manage the heat. So yes, you’ll need a cooling system that’s up to the task, but that’s just part of the deal when you’re running this hot.
Built to Take a Beating
Inside that tough quartz envelope, you’ve got a halogen cycle filament. It keeps the heat output steady and stops the lamp from blackening over time. We also added a special coating that filters out the wavelengths you don’t want. It protects the equipment and components nearby from getting blasted by radiant heat. The R7s connector is a no-brainer. It’s a solid, rigid connection that makes mounting quick and ensures the lamp stays reliably connected. This thing is built to survive the rough and tumble of the shop floor and still be easy to wire up.
